Victoria Sainsbury-Carter

A Certified Energy Healing Practitioner (EHP), Body Mind Counselor (BMC) and Energy Healing Therapist (EHT), Victoria has four years of training including over 700 educational and practical hours with the well respected and distinguished Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing. She has had her own professional private practice since 2009 and has expanded her practice to include Women's Healing Circles, Space Clearing & Blessing Services, as well as Mother Blessing/ Blessingway Ceremonies. Victoria is a member of Healing Touch International and is insured by the Healing Touch Professional Association.

Growing up in Nevada, Victoria pursued a professional dance career from an early age, performing as a principal/ soloist from the age of 13. Moving to Los Angeles in 1990 Victoria continued her professional dance career over the next decade before transitioning into sales, PR and marketing in the beauty industry. During these years Victoria grew to understand the importance of complimentary healthcare and healing modalities, through numerous injuries and recurring illness. "It became so clear to me that the cause of many of my recurring injuries and illness had a lot to do with the life stressors, beliefs, habits, emotional patterns and traumas that I had been storing in my body. My interest and knowledge grew... I explored many modalities and worked with professionals in the fields of acupuncture, energy healing, essential oils, nutrition, homeopathy, herbs and supplements... and I began to see a significant change, not only in the way I felt, but in my health and overall wellbeing. These complimentary modalities became an integral part of my healing journey... but it wasn't until the pregnancy and traumatic birth of my child in 2007 that I had an even deeper understanding and need for all of the amazing complimentary modalities that had become such a huge part of my life. I have tremendous respect for western medicine, however during this time I felt a gap, missing pieces that weren't being addressed in my system.
